Eden offers a suite of standard training courses on all Eden products. Courses are developed to meet your training requirements and increase your knowledge and product skills. These courses are divided by the expected User level – Starter, Intermediate, Advanced and Administrator. Training can be delivered either at our classroom in North Sydney or at your location. If you do not have enough people to fill a 6 person course, contact us and we will try to combine you with another smaller group. 

In addition to our standard courses Eden can prepare tailored training courses using your own business processes, structures and data samples. This type of training is best suited when our software is being used to facilitate a significant change in work practices and/or methodologies. 

If your organisation has a large number of personnel to be trained it may be beneficial to have one or more of your trainers endorsed under our Eden Accredited Trainer Program. This accreditation is available for Starter and Intermediate User level training on all Eden products.
