The best software in the world is next to useless if your people do not know how to use it!  Whether you are looking for introductory familiarisation, basic user training, advanced user training or administrator training the team of Eden trainers and consultants are here to assist.

Training can be conducted either on a 1-1 basis, on your premises, or within our dedicated training room in North Sydney.  If you have many personnel to be trained don’t forget to enquire about the Eden Accredited Trainer program whereby Eden will accredit one or more of your own trainers to deliver user training to the remainder of your organisation.

We offer the following standard training courses: GEMS User Training  and GEMS Administrator Training.  We can also tailor any of the above to your specific needs, or even custom design a new course specifically for you. All training includes the provision of a Participants Workbook with all of the reference material and practical exercises used throughout the training course.
