The Eden Support Desk is the central point through which product enhancement suggestions are made, suspected issues are reported, and requests for additional services are logged, tracked and completed.

The support desk has adopted industry best practices in the form of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework of standards and methodology, ensuring that your dealings with the support desk are as smooth and hassle-free as possible.  As both our AMPS and GEMS products continue to achieve successes in overseas markets, the support desk will also become a 24 hour 7-day a week operation.
